Nicholas O. Herman is the managing attorney and lead litigation and trial attorney for the firm.

Background

Nicholas has been a trial attorney with the firm since 2015. His practice focuses primarily on the resolution and adjudication of disputes and legal claims in state and federal courts in Oregon. Nicholas has an excellent track record of winning cases throughout the multiple stages of litigation, including through arbitrations, motion hearings, trials, and appeals. When fighting for his clients, Nicholas fights to win, and he will not back down from a trial.

Outside of the courtroom, Nicholas uses his experience in civil litigation and trials to guide clients through a wide range of legal matters and to help them plan and prepare for the potential of future litigation.

Nicholas graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School, was a member of the editorial board of the Lewis & Clark Law Review, earned several moot court awards, and was the top student in his appellate advocacy, contract drafting, ethics, legal research and writing, and statutory interpretation classes. He graduated with a degree in political science from Oregon State University and has served in each of the three branches of state government in Oregon.

Nicholas is a lifelong Oregonian, originally from Newberg, and a lifelong Beavers fan. He enjoys spending time outside with his family.
